The room is spacious (approx. 22 m2) and comes with all necessary furniture, so you can move in hassle-free. It is equipped with a 1.40 x 2.00 m bed, a desk with a chair and lamp, as well as a wardrobe. Additionally, the room has a balcony furnished with a table and two chairs, perfect for enjoying some fresh air. The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen (except for a dishwasher), where you’ll find everything you need for cooking and dining. The shared bathroom features a bathtub and a toilet. Included in Rent: ✅ Heating, electricity, water, and internet – all included! ✅ Fully furnished room ✅ Cozy and social WG atmosphere ❌ GEZ (TV and radio tax) is not included and must be paid by the tenant. It is shared by all 3 tenants. Location & Neighborhood: The apartment is located in a prime area of Berlin, in Schöneberg. The neighborhood offers great cafés, restaurants, bars, and shops within walking distance. Public transportation is also easily accessible, making it convenient to reach other parts of the city.
