Die Zimmer beinhalten Doppelbetten, Kästen, Regale, Schreibtische und das Wohnzimmer einen großen Fernseher und eine Couch zum entspannen. Es ist 105qm groß mit Balkon und Zimmerfenstern Richtung Innenhof, welche einen schönen grünen Ausblick bescheren und dadurch kein Straßenlärm durchdringt. Die Wohnung liegt im 7. Bezirk in der Burggasse und ist perfekt angebunden. Vor der Haustür befinden sich die Straßenbahnlinie 5, Bus 48A und die U6 Station Burggasse-Stadthalle ist 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Spar und Billa) befinden sich vor der Haustür. Zudem kann man den gesamten 7. Bezirk samt Mariahilfer Straße zu Fuß erkunden, welche als einer der Highlights für junge Personen in Wien bekannt sind. Die Innenstadt ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Da wir alle drei Zimmer vermieten, sind wir zu diesem Zeitraum nicht in der Wohnung. In addition, you can explore the entire 7th district including Mariahilfer Strasse on foot, which is known as one of the highlights for young people in Vienna.
