University is 10 mins by tram. Situated opposite Liechtenstein Park, with beautiful views over the Palace and gardens. it is open to the public:) Deposit is refundable. The place is exactly like in the photos, there are no nasty surprises - we have worked with housing anywhere for a while and there were never any problems. We don't do viewings to reduce estate agent's fees and also many people walking through rooms which can be disturbing for the people who live there. After bad experiences we do not give IBAN! Deposit money €1000,-- in cash minus €80 charged for any length of stay,-- (service fee for insurances, gas control, boiler service, radiator and fire-warning check etc.) please, which is returned to you after check-out.
