This penthouse is a masterpiece, complete with river views and artful design throughout all 80 square meters. Located in the Bica district, guests can expect to find upscale Lisbon cuisine as well as artisanal shops. Once inside this two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment, guests will feel transported to a Saharan oasis with the designer interiors and modern concepts. From the entrance, sloped and vaulted ceilings hang over the elegant space. Nearest the entryway is the open-concept living and dining area. A dining set for four feels supremely Saharan with the fiber lantern light above. To the left is a dedicated workstation. Further into the space reveals the naturally lit living area with skylights overhead. To the right of the dining room is a breathtaking terrace with inspirational views of the city and the river mouth of Tajo. An outdoor dining set for four is to the right with a modern sun shade for comfort. Back inside, through the door nearest the terrace is the first ensuite bedroom. Adiri’s first ensuite makes excellent use of the space with the left wall containing built-in storage and sloped ceilings above. The bedroom is complete with a plush queen-sized bed. Within the bedroom is an ensuite bathroom to the right with a spa-like shower and tub combination. Down the hallway to the left of the living area, the first door offers up Adiri’s kitchen space. The ceiling is again almost entirely composed of skylights, casting luminance over the modern cabinetry and appliances. The corner contains a breakfast nook with seating for four. All the necessary cooking utensils are included. At the end of the hall is the second ensuite bedroom. The left wall is covered in natural fiber, complementing the design of the queen-sized bed. Past the built-in storage, the door in the corner of the room leads to the second bathroom. An all-glass, walk-in shower gives guests a space for relaxation.
