It opens on the living room with kitchen and sofa bed, from here you can access the bathroom and the staircase that leads to the bedroom. From that level another staircase leads to the wardrobe level. The entrance opens onto a living room with a kitchenette. The décor uses white generously, as in the cover on the sofa that converts to a double bed, in the flat-screen TV stand and the kitchen cupboards. A nice wooden dining table for 4 people and a walnut bookshelf contrast nicely with their warm, intense colour. The American-style kitchen, perfectly fitting the space and offering a microwave and a stovetop, completes the living area. A spiral staircase leads from the living room to the bedroom on the upper floor, an intimate and welcoming space. There is a comfortable double bed and a large chest of drawers, and another staircase leads to a small loft equipped with a clothes-stand. The bath is on the ground floor, spacious and equipped with a comfortable shower stall in crystal. The washing machine is right in the kitchen. The floor is tiled and the apartment has a split for air conditioning in the living room. The rental price includes the initial and the final cleaning, the rent, Italian taxes (television and garbage) and doesn't cover the condominium expenses (€ 30 per month), WiFi internet (€ 40 per month) and bills (electricity, gas and water). Regarding the bills, a forfait of € 80 will be paid monthly. Only if you exceed this forfait, you would have to pay the difference. No refunds will be due if the total bill is less than the monthly forfait. If your stay includes some days of the subsequent month, the forfait for the bills will be calculated pro rata. Area: Located in Via Massarenti, about 1.5 km far from the wall of the historic centre of Bologna and the Sant'Orsola Hospital. The apartment is easy to reach by car and provides quick access to the entrance for the bypass road to the Exhibition Centre. In Via Massarenti you will find many restaurants, pharmacies, bars, banks and supermarkets. The apartment’s surroundings are pleasantly lively: pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and pharmacies are all nearby. Public transportation: The apartment is well served by public transports. Right in front of the building you can take bus lines 89 and 14 to the city centre. Bus line 60 to Bologna Fair and line 37 to the railway station also stop in the vicinity. Parking: The apartment is outside the restricted traffic area (ZTL). It is possible to park for free in the street in front of the apartment where a parking space is available for the tenants of the residential complex.
