This cozy two-room apartment (with one bedroom) is proposed as an intimate apartment where to live a pleasant and comfortable experience. It is equipped with everything and is located on the 3rd floor (with a lift) of a quiet building with a daytime concierge. The house accommodates 3 people and enjoys functional, clean, well thought out, furnished, and equipped environments ( Wi-Fi, SMART TV, heating, air conditioning, washing machine, wardrobes, equipped kitchen, and much more - NO dishwasher-). The apartment has direct access to the living area and kitchen. The kitchen (Scavolini) is equipped with everything to allow you to prepare dishes and dishes at will. A peninsula divides the kitchen from the living room and can be used as a dining table or worktop. The exposed brick arch, the ancient fireplace (not usable), and the terracotta floor warm the environment enhancing the modern elements of the space. A comfortable cream-colored sofa, the Smart TV, a coffee table, and shelves with books decorate the room. Through a corridor (where there is also a large closet you will find all the accessories for cleaning the house) you pass to the bedroom; the double bed (container) has a comfortable memory mattress, a single sofa bed. A wardrobe and a table with a chair are placed in front of him, to the side a walk-in compartment with a large wardrobe. Finally, we find a bathroom with a shower and toilet. In the external part of the apartment, in front of the door, you will find a table with chairs where you can have breakfast or a pleasant evening aperitif.
