All bedsheets will be there when you arrive if you wish but it is mandatory to pay them when you move out, the price is 60.-€. The minimum stay is 10 months, sometimes we make exceptions. The building has a supermarket and a concierge. No elevator. It's very well connected to public transport (Metro Latina, Sol and Tirso de Molina, a few bus stops).
