And only 5 minutes by bike to the beautiful park Kralingse bos. In this nature area you can chill or enjoy a picnic, BBQ, swim or sport. Enjoy a comfortable stay with high speed internet. The room has a lock. The room is 12m2 large and is fully furnished with a spacious bed, 2 closet, desk and chair. Layout: - Central entrance - Private room of approximately with study and sleeping space - Completely modern furnished - Shared kitchen with various built-in appliances - Shared bathroom with sink and toilet - Shared toilet - Registration is not possible! - The room is only available for NON SMOKING female tenant!! - Included €50 gas and €50 electricity based on average consumption - Room is suitable for 1 person, preferable working professional and internship students. You rent a room in a house where other people work. I work (remotely) at home. It is important that you as a tenant are neat, quiet, clean and that you comply with the rules. It is not a student house where parties are organized. Your roommates are dedicated workers. There are some simple house rules, such as taken shoes off when entering, turning off lights when not in use, no smoking and no pets.
