BOOKING INSTRUCTION - To book this apartment, please send a booking request or message including your age, occupation (student or worker), and the institution or company you're affiliated with. 5. RENTAL RATES - -The prices on this website are set for a minimum 30 days stay. Obviously, you can stay a shorter period, but the daily price cannot be 1/30 of the monthly pirice. Please ask an estimate before you book a period shorter than 30 days It will be about € 100 (or more), depending on the season and lenght of the stay - An additional charge of €5 per day applies for a second person; - a legal contract and the establishment of residence in this property will result in a 15% increase in rent. 6. TRANSPORTATION - The nearest train station is "Trastevere," located 30 minutes walking away from the apartment. - bus to city center are at 10 minuts walking 7. PROCEDURES - Before check-in, you must send a copy of your ID. - An advance payment of €100 per month covers electricity expenses, with an allowance of up to 150 kWh per month. - Any excess energy consumption will be charged at €0.50 per additional kWh. - If you require a registered rental contract, please request it before booking, as it will incur a 15% increase in rent; - the washing machine mentioned in the advertisement is shared and located outside the studio, on the same floor.
