There are plenty of inexpensive restaurants and grocery stores. You might also find plenty of parks and walking places. The apartment is in 10 min reach to the city center with subway. 4 min to Subway station which called Reumanplatz U1 (which takes you to main the train station (Hauptbahnhof) as well It will take you roughly 15 to 20 min to reach the airport...
