The apartment is distributed on several floors; the access floor has a hall and an office area. On the top floor is the most pleasant area of the house, where you can find the living room and a beautiful kitchen recently renovated with the latest details and fully equipped with the best brands. It has a pleasant terrace with fabulous views of Barcelona. The night area is located on the upper level, where there are three bedrooms with a full bathroom and a bathroom with a shower. The floors are parquet. It has heating and air conditioning. Wifi is included in the rental price. The apartment has a parking space in an adjacent property: elevator, concierge service, and 24h surveillance.
