This two-bedroom apartment is conveniently situated close to the renowned Avenida da Liberdade. Fully equipped, it offers all comfort in one of the best and most central locations in Lisbon. Located within walking distance of Marquês de Pombal, Rossio and Restauradores Squares, the property has easy access to public transport systems, including metro and bus, which allow you to reach any part of the city quickly. → Building The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with no elevator. Being situated in one of the most important and busy areas of Lisbon, external noise is expected. Please note that it is an old building, like many in this historic city, so it presents some inherent challenges such as poor soundproofing. → Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds. One of them also has a desk, making it ideal for home office. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with shower. → Living Room The living room has a comfortable sofa, dining table and cozy decor. → Kitchenette The kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, washing machine, toaster, microwave and Dulce Gusto coffee machine (coffee not included). Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay. → Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee. → Monthly consumptions are included up to €200. → City Tax will be charged according to the law.
