You will have the most stunning views and the trendiest restaurants and bars around! → Building The apartment is located on the second floor, without an elevator. It is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for good days in Lisbon, with all the main attractions of the city and incredible viewpoints within walking distance. → Bedrooms The apartment has three bedrooms. The main one has a double bed, the other two have 2 single beds each. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. → Living Room The living room has a comfortable sofa and a cozy decoration. → Balcony The apartment has a lovely balcony with a table for two, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine at the end of the day. → Dining Room The apartment has a dining area with a table for 6 people. → Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, and toaster. Additional Info: • The property is "Self-Catered". Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or refills are not included. • Bed linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. • The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional changes of linen may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. • Check-in is between 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM (additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 10:00 PM). Only one set of keys will be provided. • Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. On your departure, please leave the keys on the main table. • During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of technical assistance needed for door opening or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. In situations of key loss, a penalty will apply. • A crib and a high chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost. • The apartment is equipped with a noise level control device. We want our guests to have a great vacation, but always respecting the nighttime rest of the neighbors. If the device is turned off, our team will be notified. Any infraction related to noise rule violations may result in immediate reservation cancellation. • Monthly consumptions are included up to €150. • City Tax will be charged according to the law.
