There are also several restaurants and supermarkets nearby. → Building The apartment is located in the first floor (with no elevator) of a fully renovated building in one the most traditional streets of Alfama. The apartment has a bright and cozy feeling and provides you all the comfort of a premium right in the heart of Lisbon's most charismatic areas. It is ideal for couples or a small family looking to spend some pleasant days in Lisbon, with all the city's main attractions and incredible viewpoints within walking distance. → Sleeping Area/Kitchenette The apartment features a comfortable double-bed and air conditioner. The kitchenette is fully equipped with fridge, iron, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker (coffee not included). → Living Room The living room has a flat-screen TV, a double-sofa-bed ready to accommodate two more guests and a balcony wit a view to the apartment's traditional street. → Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with shower. Additional Info: → City tax will be charged according to the law. → Be aware that Alfama is a very lively area of Lisbon and the apartment is in front of a local bar. Due to its existence in front of the property's door, we do not recommend it to people sensitive to noise. → The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 14:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided. → We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information. → Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table. Never leave them inside the lock or in the mailbox.
