The annual Popular Saints festivals also take place here in June, significantly increasing both movement and noise levels. Construction is taking place in the building next door, with no timetable for completion. - Building Recently renovated apartment in Alfama, the most traditional neighborhood in Lisbon. Located on the second floor, without an elevator, but with a beautiful solid wood staircase. The apartment gets plenty of natural light throughout the day, providing a truly charming Alfama atmosphere. The street of the apartment is restricted for cars, with access only for taxis. Please note that unmarked vehicles from companies like Bolt, Uber, etc., are not considered taxis. - Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a comfortable queen-size bed, and the other, an interior room (without windows), with a double bed. - Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. - Living/Dining Room The living room features a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed near the balcony, with its beautiful view of the Tagus River and the Alfama neighborhood. The dining room has space for 6 people. - Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and espresso machine (coffee not included). Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided. → Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in. → The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance. → Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00).
