Akita is a light and modern space on one of Barcelona's most famous streets, Enric Granados. The apartment disposes of 80 square meters with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. At the entrance of the apartment, there is a fully furnished kitchen, with custom gray cabinet finishings. There is a dining alcove past the kitchen with a round dining table and small window looking into the living room. The living room features vibrant plants to contrast the light tones, further illuminating the space. The terrace outside is fitted with a cozy lounge chair and small dining area, with total privacy due to the bamboo fence. Back to the other side of the entrance, there are two sleek bathrooms side-by-side: the first a half-bath with a laundry machine and the second with a full shower. The bedroom directly next to the bathroom features a custom-built closet area next to the queen-sized bed. The m(hidden)edroom has an impressive hand-made headboard and repurposed copper tubes which serve as hangers. There is a small private balcony looking on to the streets of Barcelona. For comfort, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the Living Room and in one Bedroom. All bed and bath linens are provided. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply.
