Being quiet whilst being right in the center of everything. The decoration is carefully chosen by a designer, to make your stay as comfortable and luxurious as possible. You will have the whole flat for yourself and your own leisure. The flat is in total ~140m2. Furnishing After you open the door, you will notice the beautiful polished black granite floor corridor, which leads you to the kitchen, dining-room and guest-bathroom. A hall divides the bright living room from the 2 quiet rooms having a big bathroom conveniently located between both areas. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipment with everything needed to prepare simple but also more elaborate meals. The cupboards are filled with enough tableware to serve a party of 10. There’s also a dishwasher for your convenience. All the crockery and cooking utensils are from specialized brands. Bathrooms: There are 2 of them. One smaller one, conveniently located next to the kitchen and dining room, without a bathtub/shower but with a washing machine instead. The second bathroom is bigger and more than complete. Located next to the living room and bedroom, not only it has a shower cabin, but also a bathtub. Toiletries and Egyptian cotton towels will be provided for guests use. Bedrooms: There are also 2 of them. One slightly bigger than the other, both looking onto a peaceful interior garden, where only birds are to be heard. (Pardon the cliché, but it’s really like that.) The bigger room has an open clothing-closet and the other one a smart clothing rack. However, the stars of both rooms are the incredibly comfortable Queen Size beds. To make both beds live up to their Queen Size title and to let you literally sleep like a Queen. Living-room: The living room has a big comfortable and dangerous couch. Dangerous because you easily take naps longer than planned on it. The couch also opens into a queen size bed, where 2 people will comfortably sleep and astonish the ones sleeping in the bedrooms the next morning by telling them how amazing they managed to sleep even though they slept on the couch. Great breakfast talk! When being used as a couch, 6 people can comfortably seat on the couch, 8 not so comfortably and 10 if they feel very comfortable with each other. There is also a brand new gigantic 55” 4K Television. That’s 150cm diagonally and 4K is the new resolution, much faster than FullHD. There are also some kickass harman/kardon speakers, which we kindly ask you to use with care. As some wise fictional character once said, with great sound comes great responsibilities. No seriously, feel free to listen to your music and party a bit, just keep in mind that you are in a building with neighbors. They are usually very tolerant, so if everything stays within the common sense of reasonability, you will be able to have fun and the neighbors to sleep. location The flat is located in the Neubruckstr. in front of Andreas Quartier. Although this is prime Oldtown, the street is pretty calm and quiet. There's a 24/7 security in front of the main door and the bedrooms are to the inside garden, not to the main street. Nevertheless, expect more movement in the area during the weekend. miscellaneous The flat is accessible from the main Street with a key and through the stairs. It’s located on the 3rd floor and the building doesn't have an elevator. There is also a basement storage, which requires a key to access. If necessary, we can grant you access to it upon request. The size of it it’s around 10m2. The building doesn’t have dedicated parking. However, a parking space can be arranged on the street of the building....
