The approx. 128 m2 maisonette apartment is located at Öschelbronner Weg 23, on the corner of Wittenauer Straße. It has a total of 5 rooms and 2 bathrooms. The maisonette apartment has two entrance doors, one on the 1st floor (upper floor) and another on the top floor (attic). The combination of a newly renovated, open kitchen and spacious living-dining area on the 1st floor invites you to a cozy get-together. The living room has direct access to the sunny balcony.
