Due to the current covid crisis we offer hotel rooms for rent for short term. These rooms are situated in Amsterdam center on 5 minutes walking distance of Amsterdam Central Station, and located in the middle of Amsterdam city center with various facilities in the neighborhood (e.g. supermarket, public transports and library). Nieuwmarkt is very close by. All rooms are for private use, so the rooms are not shared with other tenants. Rooms are completely furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk and chair with own sink but with shared toilet/showers (outside the room in hallway). Rooms have heating and Wifi. The building is accessible to guests and tenants only with private keys for safety purposes. The rent is all-included, and based on single use. Additional persons staying costs EUR 100 per person per month on top of the advertised rent. Please feel free to check for the charge in case of other friends, couples or children joining you for your stay. City tax surcharges may be exempted when registered at the Amsterdam municipal. Facilities in short: -Room for this rent has 2 beds. We have larger rooms available. They are larger in size due to additional beds but have the same facilities. -The rental of this accommodation does not include cleaning or housekeeping services. We may provide these services with cleaning and/or linnen change at a surcharge (depending on need and frequency). -Shared kitchen has microwave and coffee machine with cups, plates and cutlery available for use. Kitchen is available 24 hours per day. -Laundry services is available close by to the hotel. The charge is EUR 9,50 for wash and dry of a 5 kg bag of clothes. It can be dropped and picked up on same day. -All furniture in the room are fixed. They cannot be removed or changed. -Rent is all-included with facilities/utilities charges. Because of many inquiries on this accommodation we will make a selection of tenants that may fit the best at this accommodation. We seek for quiet and tidy tenants, studying or working. We do not allow parties, loud music or friends gathering to ensure the living environment and safety of tenants. Registration at the Amsterdam municipal and application of BSN is possible.
