Last but not least, the apartment comes to you with three bathrooms, the main bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower § bathtub/shower, the smaller one with shower cabin and toilet and finally a separate guest toilet. ⏹️ FORMALITIES THAT NEED TO BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO MOVING IN: Our rental agreement will only take effect upon the completion of the following formalities: N° 1 CONTRACT ✓A rental contract will be forwarded and needs to be signed by the primary tenant. N° 2 SECURITY DEPOSIT ✓ The tenant is requested to settle or pay a security in the amount of 1925€ (one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five euros). N° 3 REGISTRATION: ✓ ALL occupants to provide us with an official government issued photo ID. For EU citizens a copy of a valid ID card is required and for NON-EU citizens a copy of a valid passport is the norm.
