One room including separate shower/WC in large villa in Kullavik. Shared kitchen and washing area. WiFi and elictricity included. Close to nature and the coast. 15 min walk to bus stop for Express Bus line "X3". Possibility to borrow a bicycle. We are retired and plan for longer travel periods during the coming years. We hope to find a tenant who is willing and capable of caring for the villa, including taking care of our 17-year-old cat while we are away. Neighbor(s) and family in Gothenburg will be available for support if needed....
