The room has a high bed (1,80 m height) with a chillout area and desk below. The three bedroom apartment is located in Barcelonas charming district el Born. All rooms are exterior which provide the flat with natural light. Weekly cleaning of the common areas is included in the rent. Utilities are excluded and will be charged with 120€ per month (gas, water, internet, electricity and cleaning). El Born is one of Barcelona‘s trendiest and most popular neighbourhoods. Popular with tourists and the local international community, it’s famous for its bo-ho feel as well for its great restaurants and bars. You will be living in the center of the city with an unbeatable location. The famous Las Ramblas are only a 10 min walk away and within 20 minutes you will reach the beach Barceloneta. The connection with public transport is great. The closest metro lines are L4 (5 minutes walk to the metro stop Urquinaona or Jaume I) or L3 (10 minutes walk to the metro stop Liceu). You will find everything you need in walking distance and a supermarket is just downstairs. The famous market hall “Santa Caterina” is only a 2 minutes walk away.
