This is a boutique Hotel. You are renting a room with a private bathroom. This room has a kitchenette right outside the room which you will be using mostly by yourself :) 2 rents have to be paid upfront (one for security which will be used towards your last month rent)- in Berlin there is City-Tax on the first 21 nights! It is nearly impossible to find a space like ours! Super centrally located, in a neighbouring street to the Kudamm, Berlins most famous shopping street! A safe area with lots of high quality establishments such as restaurants, cafes, bars and Close to many different types of public transport. Every room has its own, private bathroom! Wifi and GEZ is all part of our offering. The space is very clean, neat and unique and we expect you to keep it the same. Please remember this is NOT a substitute for a long-term living! This is meant for short-term stays up to one year MAX. We are a co-living house offering rooms for mid-term stays. A communal kitchen is on the ground floor. Students as well as working people live here. Each room has its own bathroom with shower/WC and a fully furnished room (wardrobe, desk, TV, heating, bed - 1,40m). Cleaning is done weekly (paid separately) and you can wash and dry in (hidden)ment (5€ per machine). Our co-living space is located in the heart of Berlin in a quiet area with lots of shops, restaurants and supermarkets very close by!
