Taxis are available right outside the building, and Saldanha Metro Station is just 3 minutes away. There is excellent local commerce, with nearby restaurants, bars, 3 supermarkets, and a market where you can find fresh produce. The building also has an elevator and doorman service from 8:00 AM to 7:45 PM Monday to Friday, and from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM on public holidays (if the holiday falls on a weekday).
