All the rooms are a real Art Gallery, with the support of L'Agenzia di Arte there are works by various artists on display. Utilities are not included. Cleaning: 35 Eur/month, (2 cleanings) The tenant pays 1 month of rent through the platform, at check-in the tenant has to pay the security deposit and another month of rent in advance.
