Hello We are renting our furnished 2 basement rooms + 1 sitting/living room, as a separate place for some possible tenants. It lies in the beautiful nature environment, surroundings of greater Copenhagen area, 2620-Albertslund. 1. One room is big, ideally for couple; furnished with a comfortable double bed with drawers and a large cupboard. Rent 4200 Dkk. (single person; for couple it varies) 4.2K for big room 2. Second room is for single person, 1 single bed with a large wardrobe an clothes stand. Rent 3800 Dkk. (fresh air small windows and carpeted rooms.) 3. Living/ Stuen - while the sitting area holds a sofa, black glass sofa table + WIFI You will have a separate toilet and bath, kitchen will be shared. About us: we are a couple with 3 kids; ages 10, 6 and nearly 3 years. But we live upstairs. We need someone who is responsible and clean. take care of place as well as all usage areas. compromising and non-complicated and not always complaining. A happy person :) * BOTH ROOMS CAN BE RENTED SEPARATELY OR TOGETHER TO A SMALL FAMILY/FRIENDS. We have 1-2 minutes walk to bus stop and 4 buses reach there in different directions, mainly towards ALBERTSLUND station and GLOSTRUP station. 10 minutes by bus from S-tog train station. If you have a car or bicycle, then also no worries, we have a parking. one supermarket Coop365 is just 1 minute by walk; in next lane. We keep the house always smoke free (non-smoking) and Alcohol free (No beer, whisky, vine..... bla) Due to kids Cleaning sense to hold all area well shape. Routine cleaning for all usage areas once in 2 weeks.
