The apartment is new renovated . located just 10 minutes walking from the Duomo , 5 minutes from San lorenzo . situated on the first floor without elevator ( 10 steps) . the apartment have two double bedrooms ,two full bathroom with nice shower , living room with kitchenette , dishwasher , WIFI ,TV in each room , air conditioning , heating . The train station Santa Maria novella it is close to the apartment like 10 minutes walking . the apartment have a spot parking place . Smoking is not permitted Animals are not allowed It is forbidden to organize parties / events Check-in time: 15.00 - 20.00 Check-out by 11:00 CHECK IN Please be advised that it is between 3 PM and 8 PM. Check-in is possible only if the apartment has been vacated by the previous tenant and has been cleaned. Check-in after 8 PM is possible provided 48 hours in advance. There will be an additional charge of € 30 for late check-in, payable in cash at the time of check-in. check-in 12 PM (midnight) HAVE EXTRA COST € 50.
