The apartment has an entrance hall, large fully equipped kitchen with induction hobs, cozy bedroom with two single beds that can be joined into a double bed, spacious wardrobes and study corner, large, bright living area with dining table and sitting area which includes a double sofa bed. A spacious bathroom with shower and laundry area. The flat is equipped with ducted air conditioning and parquet floors, it is characterized by the elegance of the furnishings, overlooking an internal courtyard which gives precious silence and a strategic position: Piazza San Babila and the Duomo can be reached in less than 15 minutes by foot, the University of Milan, the Policlinico of Milan and the Gaetano Pini Hospital are very close. The area is well served by shops and public transport: a few steps away is the Crocetta metro station yellow line M3 and trams and buses 16, 24 and 94. Possibility to request a parking space in the building. Please note: deposit equals to 2-months rent for stays longer than 6 months. Payments, after the first through (hidden), must be made by bank transfer or credit card. Utilities included up to 70 euros per month. Any extra fee will be charged separately. Tourist visa not accepted to sign contract. Valid passport and “codice fiscale” are required for contract registration. If the signatory is a company, the rent will be increased by 30%. The contract can be provided with a leasing period of a max 18 months, then, in case of longer stays, it can be renewed. In case of early termination of (hidden) contract, an additional fee of 100€ is required and a 30 to 60 days early notice, depending on the length of the contract.
