A cozy furnished room in a neat female-only shared apartment located near the Pasila train station. The monthly rent is inclusive of water, electricity, heating, internet and TV. The refundable security deposit is only one month's rent. We do not require an insurance policy. The room size is 10 Sq.M. In addition, the tenants will have 33 Sq.M of common area consisting of kitchen, bathroom and living room. The tenants have also access to a spacious balcony. The apartment's appliances include: ceramic cooker/oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron/board, microwave and kitchen utensils. The apartment is located on a quiet street, yet close to facilities and public transportation routes: grocery shop is within a 2min walk, bus and tram stops are also nearby. Pasila hosts Mall of Tripla, which is the largest mall in Northern Europe in terms of number of outlets. The mall has over 250 stores including indoor surfing and volleyball, bars, restaurants and a movie theater and is located within short walking distance from our apartments.
