U-Bahn station; "Hohenzollernplatz". Universities as Technische Universität München (TUM), Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU), Kunstakademie (Art Academy). So it can be a perfect location for writing your master thesis or work on your doctorate, also because the Bayrische Staatsbibliothek (Bavarian State Library) easy to reach.Furthermore Englischer Garten , Leopoldstrasse , Olympia area, as well as Munichs famous Museums (Alte Pinakotek, neue Pinakotek, Pinakotek der Moderne) all in easy walking or bycicle distance.
