L'appartamento, recentemente rinnovato, é di 50 metri quadrati. All'interno dell'antica torre, ha una entrata privata con cancello. E' costituito da salotto (con divano letto due piazze), sedie, poltrona, tavolo da fumo e tavolo per i pasti (uno piú piccolo anche in cucina), una grande camera matrimoniale con possibile aggiunta di letto singolo, piccola camera singola con poltrona, entrambe le camere sono finestrate ed hanno guardaroba. Vi é una cucina abitabile, un bagno con doccia. L'abitazione ha sei finestre, con scuri, ed un balcone su palazzo della Signoria con vista anche sul Bargello. L'appartamento é arredato con gusto con pavimenti in cotto recentemente rifatti. E' provvisto di riscaldamento, aria condizionata nella camera matrimoniale e pale nel salotto, ( l'appartamento non é, comunque, caldo d'estate) tv, cd/dvd, phon, ferro e asse da stiro, cassaforte, telefono disponibile solo per telefonate locali ( incluse nel prezzo di affitto), collegamento ADSL ( incluso), lavatrice, l'uso di lenzuola e asciugamani é incluso.
