The sofa bed provides additional sleeping space. The sleeping area includes a double bed and a desk with a comfortable chair, perfect for studying or working. The modern bathroom boasts a spacious shower and includes a washing machine/dryer for added convenience. Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning, and stay connected with unlimited wifi internet access. The apartment will be supplied with towels and bed linens. All utility bills are included in the monthly rent (electricity, gas, unlimited wifi internet, water, waste disposal tax, flat bill), but we will set a maximum cap (usually €200-250/month) in the contract to prevent energy waste and excessive consumption.
