The partial furnishing of the room would include a bed, a table with a chair and a small chest of drawers. Location 2 min walk to bus stop and U-Bahn 2/4 Burgstraße, 8 min walk to S-Bahn 1/11Landwehr. You are very quickly in the city (approx. 4min by underground), and one stop to Berliner Tor. Supermarkets are within a few minutes walking distance. (Aldi, Penny, Lidl, Edeka, Budni, pharmacy, bakery, kiosk). Shared flat-life Joint activities are welcome, but not obligatory, depending on how it fits. I (a nice man, 40 years old architect) and one other person live in the flat. There are only two of us in a 3-room flat. Parties and smoking are not allowed. We love cleanliness and clean the flat together every weekend. It is well suited for someone to arrive in Hamburg and looking for a place to stay in peace. We are not a party-flat and rather quiet = You can relax and feel at home!!! Service charges are included, but of course this depends on the individual lifestyle. If you are sensible and economical, you can also save money here.
