The room is conceived to be for two people since there are two single beds. The house is in a neat building and it is located downtown, very close to the university facilities. Since the house is in the centre there's everything you might need around like restaurants, markets and bars. The whole house is made up by two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom is private with its private bathroom (not for listing). The double room can accomodate two people that will share the other bathroom....
