It is located in one of the best neighborhoods in the city, just 5 minutes walking to Av. Francia and 10 minutes walking from the City of Arts and Sciences, AquaMall, El Corte Inglés, etc. It is very well connected to public transport and the closest and most central bus lines: 92, 4, 19, 94... it is a real gem waiting to be discovered by people like you - young adventurers/students who come to enjoy our beautiful city. We offer a ‘ready-to-move-in’ room 🛌, providing a complete space with all basic (and more) needs covered: double bed, bedding, towels, bathrobe, spacious wardrobes for your belongings, and a study/work area. 📚🧳 Contract conditions: The owner provides a weekly cleaning services. Weekly cleaning is mandatory in all apartments. The owner bears the cost of 2 monthly cleanings and the other 2 cleaning are divided among the tenants of the apartment. (Each cleaning is approximately 2 hours = 36€, this is divided by the number of tenants). There is also an administrative fee of €80 that is paid ONCE at the time of Move-In. For us, tenant service is our top priority—we have an automated management system that allows us to provide quick and efficient service through our professional team. 👨‍🔧👩‍🔧 If something needs to be repaired, it will be fixed in no time.
