Hello everyone and good morning my name is Dario and I rent rooms in Rome. The area is via Prenestina, height of the Torrione Prenestino park (Pigneto). The area is well connected by the trams that pass under the house number 5 and number 14 for Termini station and number 19 for Sapienza and by the underground which is exactly 5 minutes walk from the Pigneto stop. The rooms are 4 and are located on the 6th floor with lift, all very bright, ventilated and each of them has a window except one that has both a window and a balcony. Please be aware that Housing Anywhere is an online booking platform. Therefore exchanging contact details and offering viewings is not possible. La Zona è ben collegata dal tram che passa sotto casa numero 5 e numero 14 per la stazione Termini e il numero 19 per la Sapienza e dalla metropolitana che dista esattamente 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata Pigneto. Le camere sono 4 e sono situate al 6o piano con ascensore tutte molto luminose, ventilate e ognuna di esse è munita di finestra tranne una che ha sia la finestra che il balcone.
