Available since 26 August. Only for 4 month minimum. Large furnished room, ideal accommodation during an ERASMUS stay, an internship or a study abroad program. We speak French, English, German and Spanish. The room we are offering – to a student or a professional trainee – is fully furnished, and situated in our large house surrounded by a large garden. We enjoy hosting students, interns or trainees, helping them with their French language skills or with their paperwork, and generally helping them to make a success of their cultural stay in Strasbourg. We wish to provide you with a friendly, relaxing environment, so you can devote yourself entirely to your studies. Our house is quiet and very comfortable. The room for rent is on the top floor, with seperate a bathroom and toilet shared with one or sometimes two other students. It provides you a personal space, and yet you can enjoy talks in the common areas of the house. You will have your own key, so you may come and go as you please. We only ask you to be quiet if you come back late at night, so as not to disturb the sleep of the other occupants of the house. Guests have access to our laundry room to wash and iron their personal laundry items. The room features a large, comfortable double bed, a desk, and armchair and a large closet. Bed and bathroom linen are included. Our house is situated in the western part of Strasbourg, a very quiet and safe area which is 4 kms from the city center. There is a tram stop just at the end or our street – line A, which reaches the city center in 20 minutes. Infrastructure of the neighborhood is well developed with grocery shops, banks and pharmacy stores all within walking distance. Getting around by bicycle is also very easy : Strasbourg is a very bicycle-friendly city! There is room for your bicycle in our garage. The Hautepierre University Hospital , three business parks ("Oberhausbergen", "les Forges" and "l'Espace européen d'entreprise"), the Zénith and a large sportspark are all close by. The swimming pool is a 5-minute walk away. We are offering you the most favorable circumstances, to enable you to work under good conditions.
