Located right on the Brouwersgracht - one of the most iconic and beautiful canals in Amsterdam. the apartment is designed like a home and has everything you need for living. Just bring your clothes! The apartment contains a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (Boretti stove & large oven & SMEG refrigerator), a country house sink with all the utensils for hobby chefs. The bathroom boasts an amazing rain shower and small sitting tub for two. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed (140cm x 200cm) with a down duvet and hypoallergenic pillows – it’s famous for being really comfy – and it even has a canal view. Location - old Jordaan is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and vibrant areas in Amsterdam and in the world. Shopping & entertainment wise is within walking distance and the whole city is easily accessible by bike. The apartment has the following: - a dining table for 6-8 persons (extendable) - a small desk with canal view - central heating - hardwood floors *the TV can be provided on request. We offer a 10% discount for stays of 3 months or longer and 15% for 6 months or longer subject to request. TERMS & CONDITIONS Please check the "view all payments" tab for clear description of the TOTAL rent payable and apply to rent if you agree with the fees and deposits. The future months may differ from the first month and are payable to the owner directy (could be via housinganywhere payment feature). We ask for an administration fee per booking which covers the tenancy agreement provision and final cleaning. Please be mindful this is payable over the rent. This is paid on or before arrival We will administer a tenancy agreement for the duration of your stay by docusign Housingaywhere only collects the first month's rent, the rest is handled directly by us.
