This is a well central-located mini studio apartment with a private bathroom en-suite situated in the heart of Kraków. The place is located in the backyard on the second floor. The neighborhood is very quiet. The building is very close to the Wawel castle, Old Town and Jeswish quarter. The closest tram/bus stops are "Wawel" and "Stradom". The place is made of a common corridor, main room with a kitchen annex and bathroom. There is a double bed in the apartment (size 160 cm x 200 cm). There is a vacuum cleaner and a microwave in the apartment. The Lessor can get for the tenants additional beds as a replace upon previous request (single beds, double beds, sofa-beds). The monthly price of the rental does not include the bills. The bills and utilities can be paid upon consumption or with an all inclusive reach-out monthly amount. The tenants can get the following appliances upon previous request: kettle, water boiler, coffee maker, toaster, chargers and TV. The tenants get a full maintenance for the apartment (service 7 days per week) during the entire period of lease. The Lessor can get for the tenants hand-sanitizers, face-masks, gloves, sanitizers and protective visors (upon request). Moreover, the Lessor can get for the tenants handmade fashion pochette-masks (very trendy and fashion masks). The Lessor can get an additional life insurance for foreign students (this is upon previous request). There is a weekly cleaning service available for the tenants.
