This includes the dishwasher, oven, microwave and gas hub. In the living room you will find two 2-person couches, a dining table and a television. Also on the same level you will find one bedroom with a double boxspring bed, wardrobe and night desk. When you walk upstairs you will see the bathroom where you will have a walk-in shower. Also there are two bedrooms, which will have both double (boxspring) beds, desks and wardrobes. One of them has a widespread balcony. All bedrooms come with towels and beddings. LOCATION Utrecht Tolsteeg is perfectly located nearby the city center of Utrecht. You can park for free nearby the apartment within 5-10min walking distance. If you want to park next to the apartment you will neet a parking permit of 26euro per quarter. In 10min by public transport and also 10min by bike you will find yourself in the city center of Utrecht. Within walking distance you will find grocery stores, shopping mall and natural parks. FINANCE The price includes: water, internet, maintenance of the shared garden, and monthly cleaning. As long as these services are used within normal limits, there will be no additional costs otherwise, this is considered an advance payment. Please be aware there will be a check-in fee of €250 for the entire stay. SHARED RESPONSIBILTY We have a shared responsibility regarding the residence’s maintenance. We deliver a clean apartment with all the furniture you need, therefore we expect you to handle this with care and maintain this standard. Once a month, a cleaning service will stop by to take care of the regular cleaning tasks in the common areas. We do this because we are aware of the fact that you are rather busy doing other things in this wonderful country and we want to make sure that we keep up with our high standards inside the residences.
