WG: The room is approx. 18m2 large, with parquet flooring and can be taken over furnished. There is a small storage room that can be used as a closet. The windows face the north side and the pedestrian zone, i.e. it is pleasantly cool in summer, there is no disturbing car noise and at night it is pleasantly quiet. Apartment: The apartment itself is not huge, but has everything it needs. The bathroom with shower is separated from the toilet and the kitchen has a big window, a folding table and all the appliances it needs. In the anteroom there are two large shoe boxes and two boxes for various household items. The access to the apartment is through a small portico - there you can practically dry your laundry outside. Location The apartment is located directly at the U3 station Johnstraße, you do not need a minute to get to the apartment door. In addition, the 10A, 12A and 49er (Johnstraße, Huglgasse) are within walking distance WG-Life Your roommate's name is Ivan (28), he works full time at Containex as Area Sales Manager. This means that I am usually not at home until the evening. Apart from that, I'm interested in a cosy flat share life for both of them, where you do something occasionally and should get along well otherwise, i.e. I'm not looking for a special purpose flat share. These would be my minimum requirements, it can always be better ;-) Miscellaneous The total rent is 430€ and includes the cold rent, electricity, gas and internet. Additionally a deposit of 1.400€ has to be paid to the landlord. The distance payment (deposit) of 180€ is for the boxes in the anteroom, bathroom and for the washing machine. In addition, once a year about 110€ has to be paid for the thermal bath maintenance service. _______ Zimmer WG: Das Zimmer ist ca. 18m2 groß,mit Parkett ausgelegt und kann möbliert übernommen werden.. Es gibt eine kleine Abstellkammer, die man als Wandschrank nutzen kann. Die Fenster gehen zur Nordseite und zur Fußgängerzone raus, d.h. es ist im Sommer angenehm kühl, es gibt keinen störenden Autolärm und nachts ist es auch angenehm ruhig. Wohnung: Die Wohnung selbst ist nicht riesig, aber hat alles was es braucht. Das Badezimmer mit Dusche ist vom WC getrennt und die Küche hat ein großes Fenster, einen Klapptisch und alle Geräte die es braucht. Im Vorzimmer gibt es zwei große Schuhkästen und zwei Kästen für diverse Haushaltsdinge. Der Zugang zur Wohnung erfolgt über einen kleinen Laubengang - dort kann man auch praktisch die Wäsche draußen trocknen. Lage Lage Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der U3-Station Johnstraße, zur Wohnungstür braucht man keine Minute. Außerdem fahren in wenigen Gehminuten der 10A, 12A und der 49er (Johnstraße, Huglgasse) vorbei WG-Leben Dein Mitbewohner heißt Ivan (28), arbeitet Vollzeit bei Containex als Area Sales Manager. Das heißt, dass ich meistens bis Abends nicht zuhause bin. Ansonsten bin ich an einem gemütlichen WG-Leben für beide interessiert, wo man gelegentlich was macht und sich sonst gut verstehen soll, d.h. dass ich keine Zweck-WG suche.
