Im Vorraum befindet sich eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Mikrowelle, einem einzelnen steckbaren Induktionsherd, Kaffeemaschine, Küchenutensilien, Besteck usw. Im Badezimmer gibt es ein Waschbecken, eine Toilette, eine Dusche und einen Haartrockner und extra Stauraum über der Dusche. Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden nicht bereit gestellt. Die Wohnung wird alle zwei Wochen gereinigt (Boden und Bad). Die Wohnung verfügt über Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, TV und kostenfreies WLAN.
