The apartment has air conditioning with heat pump for heating; induction plate for cooking, fridge of course, a microwave and washing machine. The area is peripheral but the Certosa train station is 100 meters away and can take you quickly to the Garibaldi metro so that in 25 minutes you are in the center or, in 4 minutes by train, at the Rho Fair or at the Galeazzi Hospital. Next to the train station there is the tram terminus. The highway is 1 km away. The apartment is on the second floor without a lift, there is a courtyard with a shared garden. The neighborhood is very popular, but it is quiet and safe. Nearby there are: Train and tram station, Sacco Hospital, Carabinieri barracks, Bovisa Polytechnic University, SynergyCo coworking, UCI Cinema multiplex, Esselunga supermarket with a bar, pizza restaurant. Free parking on the street. At the end of the street, a Share'ngo charging point and electric car sharing rental. L'appartamento dispone di aria condizionata con pompa di calore per il riscaldamento; piastra a induzione per cucinare, frigorifero ovviamente, un microonde e lavatrice. La zona è periferica ma la Stazione dei treni di Certosa è a 100 metri e ti può portare velocemente alla metro di Garibaldi così che in 25 minuti sei in centro o, in 4 minuti di treno, alla Fiera di Rho o all'Ospedale Galeazzi. Accanto alla Stazione dei treni c'è il capolinea dei tram. L'autostrada è a 1 km. L’appartamento è al secondo piano senza ascensore, c’è un cortile con giardino condominiale. Il quartiere è molto popolare, ma è tranquillo. Vicino ci sono: Stazione dei treni e del tram, Ospedale Sacco, Caserma dei Carabinieri, Università Politecnico della Bovisa, coworking SynergyCo, Multisala UCI Cinema, Supermercato Esselunga con un bar, ristorante pizzeria.
