We propose you 1 room in Paris of 12 m2 in a very spacious and bright duplex. It is furnished with a double bed (with comforter and pillows), a desk and its chair and storage space. We are located 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Montsouris park and the lively bars of the Butte aux Cailles. All the shops are less than a minute walk away: Bakeries, Pharmacy, various Supermarkets, Cinemas, Smoking Bars, Brasseries, Restaurants etc... Close to all public transport, 250 meters from the Alesia metro station - line 4 and 6, RER B. We have just moved in with my 16 year old twins and another very nice student has just arrived!...
