The furnished 1-room flat is approx. 30 m2 and is located in our apartment complex in the Kunaustraße. The flat is equipped with two single beds, a dining area with a well-equipped kitchen including inventory and a bathroom with corner bath. Directly opposite is the Saseler Markt. Thursdays and Saturdays are market days and you will find a wide range of fresh produce. Bakers, supermarkets, a drugstore, doctors, pharmacy, hairdresser, post office and banks are within walking distance. About 800 metres away is North Germany's largest shopping centre - the Alstertal Shopping Centre - with a variety of restaurants, cafés and boutiques. The Saseler Park is about 500 metres away from our apartment complex. Within walking distance there is also a local recreation area with wonderful hiking trails along the Alster river. The bus station "Stadtbahnstraße" can be reached in 2 minutes on foot and the S-Bahn station Poppenbüttel in about 15 minutes. It takes 30-40 minutes to get to Hamburg city centre. A certificate of accommodation (Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung) is possible for the rental period. Ausgestattet ist die Wohnung mit zwei Einzelbetten, einer Essecke mit gut ausgestatteter Küche inkl. Inventar und einem Badezimmer mit Eckbadewanne. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich der Saseler Markt. Donnerstags und Samstags ist Markttag und Sie finden dort ein großes Angebot an frischen Erzeugnissen. Bäcker, Supermärkte, ein Drogeriemarkt, Ärzte, Apotheke, Frisör, Post und Banken sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Rund 800 Meter entfernt befindet sich Norddeutschlands größtes Einkaufszentrum - das Alstertaler Einkaufszentrum - mit einer Vielzahl an Restaurants, Cafés und Boutiquen. Der Saseler Park liegt ca. 500 Meter von unserer Apartmentanlage entfernt. Fußläufig gibt es auch Naherholungsgebiet mit herrlichen Wanderwegen am Alsterlauf. Die Busstation "Stadtbahnstraße" erreichen Sie in 2 Gehminuten und den S-Bahnhof Poppenbüttel in ca. 15 Gehminuten. Bis in die Hamburger Innenstadt benötigen Sie 30-40 Minuten. Eine Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung ist für den Mietzeitraum möglich....
