The following is provided : * fully equipped kitchen (fridge with small freezer, microwave and cooking plate induction) * bathroom with shower, lavabo and toilet * big wardrobe * very good WiFi connection (Proximus) * HD television with a wide range of international channels (digital TV) * double bed and a sofa * at walking distance : grocery shop, laundry shop, fitness club, pharmacy, ... * free parking in the street * big balcony of 6m2 * a good connection to the highway to go to the harbor * a good connection to the city center by public transportation : the stop of tram 5 is only at 100 meters * bedlinen and towels are provided * close to park Ertbruge (100 m) and park Rivierenhof (900 m).
