The studio consists of a spacious room with a kitchen, dining area and a large bed, as well as a bathroom, entrance hall and separate toilet. The apartment is reminiscent of past and present suburban theatre. The apartment is located on the courtyard side on the first floor; eighteen steps lead up to it. A play of colours in red (theatre curtain, red carpet), grey and white welcomes guests. The living room/bedroom is airy, making it a pleasant place to stay. The bed has a lying surface of 180 x 200 cm with very good mattresses. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a stove with four ceramic hobs and an oven with grill function. A toaster for crispy bread, a coffee machine and a kettle are available, and coffee pads and teas are provided for the start of your stay. The bathroom has a shower cubicle with rain shower and hand shower; a washer-dryer allows you to wash and dry your laundry quickly. A wardrobe, shelves and a cloakroom provide ample storage space for a comfortable stay. Die Lage im Innenhof erlaubt eine entspannte Auszeit in fast dörflicher Ruhe während des temporären Aufenthaltes. Frühstück in der klaren Morgensonne, abends im milden Licht ein Glas Wein genießen ... In einem ehemaligen Fuhrwerkerhaus einer ruhigen Seitengasse liegt die ca. 30m2 große Wohnung, die im Sommer 2018 komplett renoviert wurde. Die Nähe zum Bahnhof Meidling (U-Bahn, S-Bahn, alle Fernverkehrszüge) ermöglicht, in kurzer Zeit das Zentrum von Wien, den Flughafen und andere wichtige Orte zu erreichen. !! Wichtige Information für alle, aber besonders für Bürger aus Staaten außerhalb der EU: Eine behördliche Anmeldung ist nur als Zweitwohnsitz möglich - keine Anmeldung zum Hauptwohnsitz !! Das Studio besteht aus einem geräumigen Zimmer mit Küche, Essbereich und einem großen Bett sowie Bad, Vorraum und einem getrennten WC. Die Wohnung erinnert an vergangenes und gegenwärtiges Theater der Vorstadt. Die Wohnung liegt an der Hofseite im ersten Stock; achtzehn Stufen fuhren hinauf. Ein Farbenspiel von Rot (Theatervorhang, roter Teppich), Grau und Weiß empfängt den Gast. Der Wohn-Schlaf-Raum ist luftig, was den Aufenthalt angenehm macht. Das Bett hat eine Liegefläche von 180 x 200 cm mit sehr guten Matratzen. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet mit einem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierteil, einem Herd mit vier Ceranfeld-Stellen und einem Backofen mit Grillfunktion. Ein Toaster für knuspriges Gebäck, eine Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserkocher sind vorhanden, Kaffeepads und Teesorten sind für den Beginn vorhanden. Im Badezimmer befindet sich eine Duschkabine mit Regen- und Handdusche; ein Waschtrockner ermöglicht, die Wäsche schnell zu waschen und zu trocknen. Ein Kleiderschrank, Regale und ein Garderobenraum bieten genügend Stauraum für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt. Die grüne Terrasse mit ungefähr 20m2 liegt im Hof, in dem man eine fast dörfliche Ruhe genießen kann...
