This small studio has everything you need all to yourself! A fully equiped kitchen and a modern bathroom in one studio owned by just you. This studio is part of a family home so you share the same front door and stairs with the owners of the house (a lesbian couple with 2 kids) and another tenant that rents the bigger studio on the 3th top floor. This small studio (17 m2) lies on the 2th floor. We share the washing machine and dryer, where also a vacuum cleaner is stored for you. Only 5 min cycling from the city center of Utrecht (25 min by train from Amsterdam) lies our modern new build studio. Lots of people walking, running, cycling, lots of baby strollers. At the end of our street lies a nice green park where people sit and picknick when the weather is nice. Two streets further lies a supermarket, pharmacy and bakery. A lot of families living in our quite and green neighbourhood. On walking distance lies the neighbourhood Lombok with a lot of foreign grocery shops. The medieval city center of Utrecht lies only 10 min away from us. The best way to travel in Utrecht is cycling, which takes only 8 min to the city center. Walking to the city center takes around 20 minutes. There's also a bus stop near the house. Buses to the city center/train station of Utrecht are going every 10 minutes and take 10 minutes. Utrecht: Netherlands' 4th largest city. Utrecht Central Station is the heart of Dutch public transportation system. It takes 25 minutes by train to the center of Amsterdam. And this train runs every 15 minutes and runs 24 hours.
