Fifth floor apartment with lift. Trams D, 5 nearby and U4 underground 4 minutes walk. Franz Joseph train station 2 minutes away in Julius Tandler Platz. Shops, bars and restaurants to cater for all needs and tastes in the immediate vicinity, with Sunday shopping. The place is exactly like in the fotos, there are no nasty surprises - we have worked with housing anywhere for a while and they come to check on everything. We don't do viewings to reduce estate agents's fees and also many people walking through rooms which can be disturbing for the people coming in.
