The apartment is located in a Biedermeier building on Zollergasse, near the Spittelberg area in the heart of the 7th district of Vienna, one of the most historically interesting districts of the city. The location is near the 1st district, very central yet quite, and the building has an inner courtyard planted with greenery. A tram station is located around the corner of the building, and the Ringstraße Boulevard is just 3 tram stops away. The seventh district or Neubau form the circle around the first district or the inner city. It is quite a fashionable neighbourhood for students, intellectuals and creative industries and has a high percentage of foreigners. The MuseumsQuartier is just around the corner and accessible around the clock. In combination with the MuseumsQuartier itself, you will find a whole bunch of small cafes, bars and bistros, bookshops and other arty/intellectual things. Cross the MuseumsQuartier and you will get to the Spittelberg. This neighbourhood is often referred to as a "village in the city". It consists of a few blocks of late Baroque and Biedermeier houses. Today, it is a very fashionable and expensive neighbourhood with art and craft shops, restaurants and bars. There are also many art galleries and interior design stores.
